Dodo Travel & Tours Services
All the travel products and services offered on our Website are subject to availability. If your booking request is accepted, a confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as possible by Dodo Travel & Tours.

Dodo Travel & Tours act as a middleman on behalf of travel suppliers such as airline companies, hotels, car hire companies, insurance companies, etc. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you accept that Dodo Travel & Tours act solely as a representative for all the services except the holiday packages. (A holiday package is a service of more than 24 hours or including one night and resulting in the combination of more than two of the three following services.)
These Terms and Conditions are thus complemented by the applicable terms specified by the various providers of services advertised on our Website. Therefore, it is important to point out that specific terms from the Travel Providers may include clauses relating to payment terms, breaches, liability, cancellations or changes to reservations, refund terms or any other restrictive condition.

Dodo Travel & Tours cannot accept liability to you if the Travel Suppliers have failed in any way, partially or totally, to supply the services as a result of your actions. Dodo Travel & Tours cannot accept liability to you for failing to implement any holiday package if this failure can be attributed to the buyer, to a third party outside the provision of the services or to an Act of God.
Any unpredictable or insurmountable event outside of Dodo Travel & Tours’ control that would make it impossible to fulfil an obligation stated in the contract will be considered as an Act of God. Dodo Travel & Tours will however ensure they offer services and products in replacement. Any additional costs will be borne by the buyer if he/she agrees to these products and services.

Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and of the Conditions of Use
Transactions can only be performed by users who have first read and acknowledged without exception all the Terms and Conditions of this Website and the conditions relating to the order as specified at the time of booking and buying.  The user’s electronic signature acts as the overall acceptance of these terms and is made up of a ticked box for validation and the communication of the user’s personal and/or bank details. All parties must accept the user’s electronic signature as having the same value as a manuscript signature for the order to be finalised.

The User
You must be 18 years old or older and legally able to enter in a contract. You are liable for any operation performed in your name and in your account unless this operation is fraudulent, is the result of an act of hacking or of a technical defect caused by Dodo Travel & Tours. The data you provide about yourself and any other member of your household is correct and accurate.

Price and Payment
Unless otherwise stated, every price is indicated in Euros and inclusive of VAT, booking, processing, delivery and issuing fees. All our quotes are in Euros (EU€), the quotes for our holiday packages include a general description of the service and detail what is included and what is not included in the price. All the prices and tariffs will be confirmed at the time of the final booking and the payment will be made in Euros (EU€). A 20% deposit will be required on booking and the remainder will be due 30 days prior to the arrival date. For all bookings less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, payment in full will be required at the time of booking.
Only the final price indicated will be invoiced out to you except in case of a price increase due to exceptional circumstances outside of Dodo Travel & Tours’ control; in this case, we will advise you of these changes as soon as we have been notified.
Our tariffs never include tips or personal spending money.

Cancellation
All cancellation requests must be confirmed in writing and clearly indicate the acknowledgement of the fees charged by Dodo Travel & Tours and/or the travel supplier in this respect. Dodo Travel & Tours will count as formal cancellation date the day following reception at our premises of your mail or email.

Dodo Travel & Tour Cancellation Terms
Unless otherwise stated, any cancellation made after confirmation will be subject to the following penalties:
25% after confirmation
35% between 26 and 40 days prior to the arrival date,
50% between 12 and 25 days prior to the arrival date,
100% between 11 days and less prior to the arrival date.
In exceptional circumstances, Dodo Travel & Tours will approach their suppliers and do their utmost to reduce these penalties.

Insurance
Dodo Travel & Tours require all their customers to take out an appropriate Travel Insurance that includes a cover to bring them back home.

Complaints
All complaints must be sent within 30 days following the end of the trip from which the complaint arises to Dodo Travel & Tours, by registered post to the following address:

Information at your disposal on the Website
Dodo puts at your disposal information on their Website to help you in your research, but it is your responsibility to find out the necessary procedures for your trip and to comply to them by contacting the relevant consulates and embassies of the countries you are visiting or crossing. You are to pay all the relevant costs for these procedures. No refund of any travel costs will be made by Dodo Travel & Tours if you are penalised or cannot depart on a trip because you have not complied with these procedures.
Dodo endeavours to present illustrative or descriptive photographs of the services on offer, but these are only indicative.
The supplied exchange rates are only indicative.
Our Website may contain links to other Websites belonging to and administered by third parties. Dodo Travel & Tours cannot guarantee the lawfulness, accuracy, exhaustiveness and quality of the information included by them. However, Dodo Travel & Tours are committed to delete any link to any such site as soon as they discover their obviously illicit, inaccurate or inadequate nature.

Use of the Website
Dodo Travel & Tours cannot be in any case liable, due to maintenance operations or for reasons outside of their control, if you cannot access their Website or if this access is interrupted at any time or if any involuntary fault prevents you from performing an operation. Dodo Travel & Tours do not guarantee their Website to be free of any computer virus or any other defect outside of their control.

All our Website contents and all the intellectual property rights belong Dodo Travel & Tours and their affiliated companies. The name Dodo Travel & Tours and all other brand names, logos, representations of Dodo Travel & Tours displayed on our Website are registered trademarks.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions and to the Conditions of Use
Dodo Travel & Tours reserve the right to change or update these Terms and Conditions and the Conditions of Use at any time without prior notice. The version in force of these Terms and Conditions is displayed on the Website from the date of effect of the change. By continuing to use this Website after a change of these Terms and Conditions has taken place, you agree to this change, taken into account the fact that the version of the Terms and Conditions that applies to your booking or purchase of a travel product or service through this Website is the version in force at the time of this booking or purchase.

Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Malagasy Law.
