Dodo Travel & Tours consider that their customers are entitled to expect and demand the guarantee of a service of Quality.
The implementation of the Charter detailed hereafter is a critical element of our day-to-day activity and is mainly based on the commitment of the Dodo Travel & Tours teams to work individually and collectively in order to constantly improve quality by applying the following principles:
1. Fulfilling our work duties in compliance with the values and customs in use within our profession and show rigour and know-how in all our job activities and depict the profession in a favourable way.
2. Put in place training and recruitment actions taking into account the constraints of the profession, our customer needs and dedicate the time and funds needed to enhance our working tools.
3. Be consistently and indiscriminately welcoming to all our customers, ensure the good quality of all our communications, whether by telephone, mail or direct contact, ensure the cleanliness of our premises and surrounding areas.
4. Ensure we give ourselves the means relevant to achieve the projects we have been entrusted with, to design or choose the suitable products or services and ensure we do not commit to anything that we cannot be realised.
5. Regularly select and assess our suppliers against strict quality criteria, negotiate costs effectively and offer better services at the same cost.
6. Use any way at our disposal to confirm a customer request has been received and understood and agree with them or inform them of a timescale for our reply.
7. Ensure our clients receive a personalised reply in line with their request or project and a support during and after our service.
8. Comply with confidentiality and data protection rules for all our customer assignments within our job.
9. Observe, communicate and update the service prices, ensure their good value and inform upstream of our terms and conditions.
10. Ensure that our actions are traceable, survey regularly our clients to measure our efficiency and in case of disagreement, endeavour to find a solution informally.
